(January 30, 2018) Camp BB-Riback Board of Directors issued the following announcement to Camp BB-Riback Families regarding the departure of Camp BB-Riback Director, Eytan Graubart.
Dear Camp BB Families:
We are writing today to let you know that Eytan Graubart, our camp director has tendered his resignation and will be moving on from camp in the coming weeks. While Eytan will be greatly missed, camp is in an excellent position and we are ready for an incredible 2018 season that includes new programs, facility improvement, and an incredible staff team. Eytan will be assisting us in preparing for a smooth transition, Emily Wolff, our long time assistant director who has managed director duties in the past, will be staying on, and of course, our dedicated board will be pitching in while we prepare the search process for Camp’s next director. If you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to contact Alissia Oshry, Board Chair, at Alissia@CampBB.com.
Below please see a note from Eytan.
Dear Camp BB:
The last year has been incredible. It is with a heavy heart that I share with you my decision to move on from camp. Over the last few months the challenge of being away from my family grew difficult and I realized that a change needed to be made. While I never intended that I would be leaving Camp BB, I am so unbelievably grateful for my time here. This is truly a special community, one that is unique in every way. A community filled with love and spirit and connection, you are all a big part of who Camp BB is. Whether you are from a long time camp family or you are the parent of camper who as only ever spent a weekend with us – you are what makes this community great and I know that you will continue to do so. Thank you for the friendships – above all, it is what I will miss most. I am looking forward to my remaining time here, getting to speak with many of you personally, and continuing to prepare for what will be an awesome summer at Pine Lake.
With deep appreciation,
